• The wellness entries you choose to record: whether you took your serving, energy, ease of movement and sleep ratings (1–5), and an optional note.
• Your consent choices and when you made them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
• The app contains no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.
• Notes and entries are not used to market to you.

How we use it

To sign you in, show your progress, and send the reminders you ask for. We send news and offers only if you check the separate, optional box; every such email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address.

Who processes it

Our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare, data kept in the United States) and our email delivery provider [PENDING — name once chosen], only to run the service.

Your choices

You can change your settings or delete your account and all your entries at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my data). You can also email us. If a security incident affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

Quién los procesa

Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento y base de datos (Cloudflare, datos en Estados Unidos) y nuestro proveedor de envío de correo [PENDIENTE — nombre al elegirlo], solo para operar el servicio.

Tus opciones

Puedes cambiar tus ajustes o borrar tu cuenta y todos tus registros en cualquier momento desde la app (Ajustes → Borrar mis datos). También puedes escribirnos. Si un incidente de seguridad afecta tus datos, te avisaremos como exige la ley.
